Gary Vyneman is the founder of Probitas Financial. As a tax attorney with a masters in tax law from New York University, he is very attuned to the various tax issue that are unique to such families and persons. Among other things, he has significant depth of experience working with executives and small business owners having counseled them in the tax issues associated with equity incentives, private and public investments and those relating to the sale of their businesses. As a financial planner, he helps his clients to build and lower the overall risk of their investments.

Gary's integrity and deep commitment to helping each client reach their investment goals has resulted in a loyal following of clients nationwide. His goal with Probitas Financial is to simplify the investment process while providing a distinct level of investment advice, financial planning and personal service. With his guidance, investors can potentially leave more to their heirs and create financial freedom for themselves and an independent standard of living.

Gary is Series 7 and 66 registered and also a Registered Representative with United Planners Financial Services, member FINRA, SIPC. Before founding Probitas, Gary was in Merrill Lynch's Private Client Group as a Financial Advisor having obtained their Certified Financial Manager designation. He was, prior to that, a Tax Partner with Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, a professional law corporation in Newport Beach, California. Gary and his wife Darlynn live in Newport Beach. He is involved in various volunteer work for Not-For-Profit organizations and his church.

EDUCATION

Gary earned an engineering degree from the University of Illinois as well as a law degree, and a masters in tax law from New York University.
